mandolin lessons in carlisle, cumbria

i have been playing the mandolin for 2 years now and i'm getting to the stage where i could do with a bit of help. is there anyone who knows of anybody else who could give me help? i live in the carlisle area of cumbria so anywhere round there would be fine.
